Artpois – Art and Community Center presented youth theatre performance “TRY” in Civic Energy Center – CEC, North Mitrovica on 20 December, 2019.
Nowadays, the main issue and concern of the citizens, especially the youth, is employment. Dealing with various problems while applying for job as well as the way they are treated by the persons in the key positions in this performance is handled in an excellent way.
Candidates responding to the job contest: Djurdjina – ambitious and proud, Edvin – qualified but not serious, Mia – beautiful, lazy and unqualified, Mirjana – pregnant with financial difficulties, all of them faced a non-serious, foolish and non-ethical director. With humor and laughter this subject was developed, while at the end of the performance there was an open discussion with the audience and the characters of the play.
Youth performance “Try” is implemented by Artpolis – Art and Community Center within the framework of the Kosovo Coalition for Reconciliation and the support of European Union in Kosovo, under the project “Transforming conflicting perceptions through increased civic and community engagement in Kosovo”.
